Large Heavy Duty Postal Shipping Platform Digital Scale 400 lbs

This is a remarkably solid, spacious, accurate and stable scale, with a minimum displayed weight of about 50 grams (its minimum resolution in metric mode). A point in its favor is the fact that it can be calibrated if necessary, though I found it to be acceptably accurate out of the box. It's based on a load cell feeding a COB ASIC beneath the nice, readable display in the control box. One thing to watch for: Its power supply is opposite in polarity to most, and has the sleeve positive and the tip negative. If, as is likely, it lacks reverse polarity protection (I didn't check when I opened the control case), it may fail if you plug in another and more typical power supply. Battery power is an option, though it requires a plethora of AAs. Unbeatable for the price. - Customer Reviews

Product Description Large Heavy Duty Postal Shipping Platform Digital Scale 400 lbs The LW Measurement platform scale is made for the busy warehouse. The stainless steel platform will handle packages up to 400 lbs and weigh them in 0.1 lb increments. The extra large weighing platform allows you to weigh the largest of boxes. This scale is made using 4 load cells located in all corners. This gives you a more accurate reading if your box is not centered. Other cheaper scales only have one load cell. This scale also has a heavier stainless steel top for more protection of the load cells and won't dent as easy as less expensive scales will.
